BSL Comedy Night with Gavin Lilley

Gavin loves to make people laugh, which he’s been doing since he was a cheeky young boy. He is known for his hilarious stories drawing on cringing moments of embarrassment and eventful encounters as a sign language user, a traveler and a weary father of three.

He loves to bring laughter to all, deaf or hearing, “showing unique perspectives on the diverse deaf culture habits we’d rather keep to ourselves through my hands”. Sign Language Interpreters voice over Gavin’s signed delivery so all, BSL signer or not, dive into a world of hilarity at his hands.

Gavin recently performed at the London Palladium (as support act at John Bishop’s “Back at It” tour).

Gavin’s other credits include the Cadbury’s Fingers BSL campaign, working with Giovanni Pernice and Tasha Ghouri, appearing alongside John Bishop on ITV’s “Life after Deaf” and developing “Hand Talk”, the Aiel’s fantasy sign language in Amazon’s “Wheel of Time”.
