Over the phone
Our box office team are available for sales and enquiries from 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday. They are not open on Bank Holidays.
In person
Our box office at Mayflower Studios is open from 10.00am to 5.30pm Tuesday to Friday. If there is a performance, it is open until the show starts. The box office is open on a Saturday from 12pm until curtain up if there is a performance on.
The box office is open on a Sunday or Monday only when there is a performance on. It opens one hour before the show starts.
The box office at Mayflower Theatre in the foyer is only open one hour before a performance.
Please note that both venues are cashless and only accept card payments.

School and group bookings
- School bookings can be made by emailing schools@mayflower.org.uk.
- Please check the relevant show page for the available discounts. Unless otherwise specified, the group must have a minimum of 10 paid students.
- The free supervisor tickets are dependent on the number of paid students attending. Any additional supervisors outside the ratio are full price.
- School bookings can be held for up to 3 months, if the show is under 3 months away, a suitable hold time will be allocated.
- Home Education Groups are required, if possible, to provide evidence of Home Education, which usually entails a letter from their Local Authority.
- We reserve the right to release an unpaid booking if the payment due date passes and we have made reasonable effort to receive payment. Payment dates will be specified on the original invoice.
- Payment for School Bookings can be made over the phone by card, or via Bank Transfer.
- Group Bookings of 10 or more can be made over the phone on 02380 711811 or by emailing groups@mayflower.org.uk.

- You can enjoy a private space including your own bar for your group to enjoy pre-show and during the interval from an additional £12.50 per person*. For more information, call our Events team on 02380 711824 or message Mayflower Corporate Sales Events.
