Assistant House Manager (Fixed Term)
We are looking for an experienced Assistant House Manager to join our Front of House team for a fixed term duration. This role will support the House Manager in the smooth running of the Front of House operation.

Reception & Venue Security Assistant
Responsible for unlocking and locking the building and monitoring CCTV. Provide excellent customer service by welcoming visitors politely and professionally and ensuring they are guided appropriately. Ensure all visitors are informed of the organisation’s relevant safety practices. Assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment throughout the building and support the department with administrative tasks.

Front of House Team Leader
The Front of House Team Leader plays a pivotal role in the delivery of the day-to-day performance-based activities. Leading by example and provided a high standard of work and customer care to our audiences and cross-departmental teams.

Artist Development Programme Leader
As Artist Development Programme Leader, you will programme and manage Propel Artist Development opportunities through a range of projects. You will support and nurture local and regional artists, as well as deliver clear pathway opportunities throughout the programme.
We are searching for someone with a “can-do” attitude, the ability to work well under pressure, with knowledge and experience of artist development programmes to join a vibrant Participation Department.
