Competition Rules

These rules apply to all competitions featured on www.mayflower.org.uk or www.ticketsouth.co.uk and in material printed by The Mayflower.

Any person, who is an employee or an immediate family member of an employee of Mayflower Theatre Trust Limited or Mayflower Enterprises Limited or any company which has produced a show to which the competition relates or any company which has supplied or donated a prize to be won in the competition, is ineligible to participate.
By entering the competition entrants will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and be bound by them.
Competitions are only open to residents of the UK.
Entrants must be at least 18 years of age.
Entrants may enter each competition as many times as they like, but each entrant may only win one prize in each competition.
All decisions of The Mayflower will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
All entries must be received by The Mayflower by the closing date specified in the competition. Answers will be entered automatically upon submission. No responsibility will be taken by The Mayflower for any answers that are illegible, misdirected, lost for technical or other reasons or received after the closing date.
If for any reason an advertised prize is unavailable, The Mayflower reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute a similar prize of equivalent or greater value. None of the prizes may be exchanged or transferred and no cash alternative will be offered.
The winner's name will be selected in a random draw from all correct answers received. The prize winner will be announced on The Mayflower's website. The winner will be notified by email, telephone or letter within seven days after the winner has been ascertained and their name and home town may be published. Names of winners are available from The Mayflower upon request. The winner's name will be disclosed to anyone who writes within 3 months after the closing date, enclosing a stamped addressed envelope, to The Marketing Department, The Mayflower, Commercial Road, Southampton SO15 1GE.
If the winner of the prize cannot be traced after reasonable efforts having been made by The Mayflower then The Mayflower may dispose of the prize as it thinks fit without any liability to the winner for having done so.
Entrants are liable for their costs to access telephone or mobile networks.
The Mayflower reserves the absolute right to disqualify any entrant to any competition which it considers has used improper actions to enter.
Tickets awarded as prizes are subject to the terms and conditions applying to Mayflower bookings, which can be found at www.mayflower.org.uk.
These rules shall be governed by the laws of England.
