“We would like to thank you for the arrangements you made that culminated in the wonderful weekend my wife and I had in Southampton. The De Vere Hotel lived up to our expectations plus more, with the bonus of complimentary fruit and wine in the room as part of your arrangements. Would you also convey our appreciation of thanks to the staff at the Mayflower pre theatre dinner who provided a service that was friendly, polite and exemplary, plus the food was fantastic and the surprise birthday cake for my wife was really appreciated. The service seemed even more personal when, at the end of our meal, our waitor escorted us to our seats in the theatre.
Again we thank you personally for the professional and friendly manner in which you provided us with a wonderful weekend.

“My friend and I enjoyed the theatre package we booked through yourself back last Nov/Dec. We booked into the De Vere on Sat 5th, enjoyed afternoon tea, had lazy afternoon then arrived at Mayflower, excellent meet and greet, really nice meal and very friendly waitresses and then the show: Dancing in the Streets! What a fantastic show. Breakfast the next morning was also a special treat being waited on by "Abraham" nothing was too much trouble for him nor the other members of staff on breakfast duty.
