Frequently Asked Questions
If I order merchandise when I buy tickets, will the two be posted together?
No. Because tickets and merchandise are administered separately you will receive the tickets independently of the merchandise.
If I order more than one item do I have to pay P&P on each item?
No. The cost of postage and packing of the larger of the items will be what is charged. We will then endeavour to incorporate multiple purchases into one package.
Will I receive a receipt for my purchase?
Yes. A receipt will be included with your items when they are posted to you.
How long will my purchase take to arrive?
Whilst generally we would hope that your order will be despatched to you the next day we advise that it could take up to 7 working days to arrive.
If I don’t want to order online right now can I buy these gifts at the theatre?
Yes you can. All of the items for sale online are also available in the theatre foyer during performance times, and also at our shop in The Mall (formerly The Marlands).
