You can buy tickets in person from The Mayflower Box Office in Commercial Road or from the ticket south shop at The Mall (Marlands) shopping centre. Opening times are as follows:

Booking Information
- Booking fees may apply
- Postage is free - tickets purchased by phone, post, fax or online are sent by second class post
- If the performance is within fourteen days, tickets will be held for collection at the Mayflower Box Office
- We accept payment by Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro (Switch), American Express and Diners Club cards over the phone and in person
- No cheques will be accepted within seven days of the performance without a Cheque Guarantee card
- Please make cheques payable to 'The Mayflower'
Tickets for productions at The Mayflower are sold subject to the terms and conditions of The Mayflower. Tickets for events at venues other than The Mayflower are sold subject to the terms and conditions of the promoter or venue. Contact the promoter or venue for full terms and conditions.
Exchanges
We will be happy to exchange your tickets for Mayflower shows for another performance of the same production at the same value subject to availability (seven days notice required). There is a handling charge of £2.50 per ticket, and as these requests need to be handled over the phone, the telephone booking fee will apply to the new booking, regardless of how the old booking was made.
We cannot give refunds for, nor re-sell, any tickets sold through The Mayflower or its agents.
